Гуманитарные научные исследования в области истории, экономики, философии, социологии,
права, филологии, психологии, педагогики, социальных проблем медицины и экологии человека,
Конкурсы:
- исследовательских проектов, осуществляемых небольшими (до 10 человек) научными кол-
лективами или отдельными учеными
- проекты создания информационных систем и развития телекоммуникаций для проведения
гуманитарных научных исследований

Поддержка научных исследований молодых докторов наук ( не старше 40 лет).

КОНКУРСЫ РОССИЙСКОЙ АКАДЕМИИ НАУК ДЛЯ МОЛОДЫХ УЧ╗НЫХ И СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗОВ 1999 ГОДА
Комиссия РАН по работе с молодежью координирует мероприятия по поддержке академической и вузовской научной молодежи. Проведение ежегодных конкурсов на соискание медалей РАН с премиями для молодых ученых (ученых до 35 лет) и студентов, а также конкурсов-экспертиз научных проектов молодых ученых Российской Академии Наук по фундаментальным и прикладным исследованиям.

Программа "Фундаментальные исследования высшей школы в области естественных и гуманитарных наук. Университеты России" является продолжением и дальнейшим развитием программ Минобразования РФ "Университеты России"
Главной целью Программы является возрождение и поддержание ведущей роли российских университетов в развитии фундаментальных исследований, подготовка и переподготовка на этой научной базе широко эрудированных и высококвалифицированных специалистов.
